How does customization work?


Once we receive your order, we’ll need your logo and design preferences. You can include this information at checkout or email it to info@julersrow.com afterward. There is no additional artwork charge unless design work exceeds one hour, billed at $60 per hour. We’ll inform you before proceeding if extra time is needed.


Will I receive a mockup?


Yes, after receiving your logo, we’ll provide a mockup for your approval before production begins.


How should I submit my logo?

Do you offer custom designs?


Yes, we do! Please email us at info@julersrow.com with detailed information, and we’ll provide you with an estimate.


What is your return/exchange policy?


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during shipping. Please report any damage to info@julersrow.com within 7 days of delivery.


Do you ship internationally?
